CARPAL TUNNEL SYNDROME

[IMAGE]The median innervated thenar muscles are the abductor pollicis brevis, the opponens pollicis,and the superficial head of the flexor pollicis brevis. the deep head of the flexor pollicis brevis is innervated by the ulnar nerve. CTS is an entrapment of the median nerve where it passes under the transverse carpal ligament.
